HIS 241 US Diplomatic History

This course surveys the history of U.S. diplomatic relations with special emphasis on the late 19th-century transformation of the U.S. political economy and its impact on the nation's emergence as a world power. The course is a preparatory course designed for majors and Social Studies concentrators, emphasizing enhanced development of analytical and research skills.
