1. Staff Expectations

1.1 Clinical Staff Responsibilities

How to Do:

  • Counseling and psychotherapy (individual, couples, groups)
  • Intake assessments
  • Administration and interpretation of psychological tests
  • Crisis intervention and emergency coverage
  • Presentation of programs and workshops to students and staff
  • Consultation with faculty, staff, and students regarding psychological issues
  • Service on university committees as needed

All Center staff report to the Director of the Counseling Center and the Director reports to the Dean of Students. The CUCC operates Mon-Fri from 8am-4:30pm; after-hours appointments may be scheduled with approval by the Director if extenuating circumstances prevent the student from attending during regular office hours.
