MAT 102 Maple Primer for Math Students

All Mathematics and Mathematics Adolescent Education majors are required to take a 0 credit workshop. This three-hour workshop will be given on a Saturday during the semester. The workshop will cover Maple expressions, Maple's graphics and computational capabilities, and Maple's user interface. Students will use Maple to do elementary computations (derivatives, partial derivatives, antiderivatives, limits, definite integrals of single and multiple integrals), solve equations, as well as plot graphs in two or three dimensions. Maple packages will be introduced.
