ART 112 Three-Dimen Concepts

An introduction to three-dimensional form and space based on a series of problem-solving projects emphasizing research, synthesis and experimentation. Students acquire an understanding of fundamental design theory, construction processes and tool proficiency, and research themes in contemporary art and art history. Independent and collaborative object making includes hand, machine and digital processes in a wide variety of materials. Materials fee. (L05)
