CSC 415 Bioinformatics 2

Bioinformatics 2 serves as the sequel to the Bioinformatics 1 course. We will study machine learning methods, algorithms and various computational approaches to problems in bioinformatics. We will survey several recent and classic publications in bioinformatics. Prerequisites: CSC414/513 Bioinformatics 1 (or permission of the instructor).
