Crime Analysis is inseparable from technology. Crime Analysis is an information driven profession and more information returns more detailed analysis. Computing power is the only method in organizing hundreds of arrests, thousands of cases and tens of thousands of calls for service. It is essential that Crime Analysts know how to manage several different types of databases in order to complete tasks that contribute to a final product.
