This course introduces the student to key skills the modern manager needs to succeed in today's business environment. Students begin to master a set of skills grounded in behavioral science theory and research that are essential for a successful career in management. The skill-building approach draws from the best aspects of various pedagogical traditions, while leaving behind the least-effective elements.
