Emphasis will be on the analysis of various business situations and the application of theory to the practical resolution of individual, team and organizational issues. Topics include: cognitive processes and biases, managing diversity, group processes, individual and group decision-making techniques, motivation, leadership, power, and organizational culture, design, and change.
