Student Success and Retention

The mission of the Office of Student Success and Retention at Cumberland University is to provide total student development and support that enables students to be successful at Cumberland University. The Director of Student Success and Rentention will assist in providing a smooth transition from high school to college for first time freshmen, provide support programs for “at risk” students and (through the utilization of campus resources) supply opportunities for success for all Cumberland University students.
