Notice of Non-Discrimination

In compliance with Title IX of the Education Act Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal, state, and local equal opportunity laws, The College of Saint Rose does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, creed, disability, national/ethnic origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, familial status, marital status, military status, or domestic violence victim status in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics and other school-administered programs. The Vice President for Student Affairs is responsible for coordination of the College’s efforts to comply with Title IX regulations. The Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs is responsible for coordination of the College’s efforts to comply with the other regulations related to the College’s Non-discrimination policy in student related matters. The Associate Vice President for Human Resources Affairs is responsible for coordination of the College’s efforts to comply with the other regulations related to the College’s Non-discrimination policy in employee matters.
