PSY 420 Cognitive Psychology

A study of how humans perceive, attend to, recognize, learn and remember information. Applied topics that will be covered include eye witness testimony, memory failures, language, consciousness, and creativity. Emphasis will be placed on empirical research findings that provide a theoretical understanding of mental processes.
