POS 172 Intro to Comparative Politics

This entry-level course introduces students to the different theories and methods employed in comparative political analysis. It will examine diverse political systems in the international arena, highlighting subjects such as political culture and socialization, modernization and political development, group politics, class analysis, the political elite approach, functionalism, and systems analysis.
