BUS 102 Women and Leadership

This course considers the history of women and leadership; gender and leadership theory; recent women's experiences as leaders in politics, business, and higher education; multicultural and global dimensions of women's leadership; work/life/family balance and other issues that have limited women's progress; and strategies and tactics to advance women to leadership positions. Along with class readings, guest speakers will offer insights into the challenges and opportunities of women's leadership today.
