POS 498 Capstone Seminar

Capstone Seminar Topic: THE SUPREME COURT. This class will examine the Political Science literature on the Supreme Court. Rather than reading case law, the primary focus will be on theoretical and empirical literature that assesses the impact of the Supreme Court on American politics. In particular, we will examine the relationships between the courts and the political branches and the Supreme Court's role in political change.
