BUS 412 Compensation & Benefits

This course focuses on the role of compensation and benefits in the management of employee performance and satisfaction, and reviews the administrative processes required to maintain an effective compensation system. Topics include the strategic role of compensation, job analysis and evaluation, performance assessment, equity, pay structures, legal requirements and administrative functions. Prerequisites: BUS 246, BUS 362.
