HSC 0003 Introduction to Healthcare (N)

Introduction to Healthcare provides the student with the knowledge and skills necessary for entry into a course of study in the healthcare field. It includes knowledge of the health care delivery system, health occupations, and communication skills. Safety, health promotion, and legal/ethical issues are also presented. This course also fulfills the state mandatory four hour blood bourne pathogens (HIV/AIDS) requirement.
