Policy Provisions

1. Damage to Property

Malicious or unauthorized intentional damage or destruction of property belonging to the University, to a member of the University community or to a visitor to the campus is prohibited. Students are monetarily responsible for any/all damage they cause to campus/student property. The Executive Director of Facilities and Safety, the Director of Residence Life, or University Security will assess damages and impose sanctions at their discretion.
