ENG 101 English Composition I

This course introduces students to the basic processes by which we order our perceptions of the world. The course begins with exercises in narration and description, moving to less subjective modes such as comparison/contrast, classification, and definition. Attention will be paid to grammar and punctuation in order to help students produce correct, coherent writing.
