PHI 383 Globl Healthcare:Ethical Chall

Through examining healthcare ethics within a global context, this course addresses far-reaching challenges. These include the relationship between healthcare professionals and patients, healthcare resource allocation and access, the scope of decision-making authority, degrees of informed consent, and views of health, illness, disease, and death. The course integrates clinical and public health concerns particularly in light of moral and legal principles of justice and human rights. (L06).
