FRE 102 Culture in Action

A continuation of FRE 101. A proficiency-based approach to the elementary structures, expressions and vocabulary of the French language, with a significant focus on cultural aspects and/or current events of the French speaking world. A student who is interested in having some meaningful experience with the language should take the two semesters of elementary French in consecutive semesters. Students with more than two consecutive years of high school French may not take FRE 102. Prerequisite: FRE 101 or equivalent. Fall, Spring (L02).
