Cumberland University Athletic Training Program and Department Handbook Acknowledgement Statement I, ________________________________________ have read and understand the policies and procedures of this handbook. I understand that the policies and procedures of this handbook serve as a guideline for the Athletic Training Program and Athletic Training Department. Any questions that I have must be discussed with the Athletic Training (AT) Program Director for clarification before performing any duties or actions within the AT Program. I understand that I must comply with the requirements of this handbook and use sound judgment and decision-making skills based on the level of training that I have received in the AT Program. I also attest that all information that has been submitted to the AT Program regarding any certifications, memberships or health documents is correct.
