Betty Smallwood Endowed Fund

Mrs. Brenda Callis established this scholarship in memory of her dear friend Mrs. Betty Smallwood.  Recipients shall be full-time undergraduate students with special financial circumstances.  Preference is given to students who have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
