Student Success and Retention

The Office of Student Success and Retention is located in Labry Hall 235 and can be reached at 547-1280. The mission of the Office of Student Success and Retention at Cumberland University is to provide total student development and support that enables students to be successful at Cumberland University. The Director of Student Success and Retention will assist in providing a smooth transition from high school to college for first-time freshmen, provide support programs for at-risk students and (through the utilization of all campus resources) supply opportunities for success for all CU students. Student Success and Retention also delivers Freshman Orientation to acclimate new freshmen immediately to the University.
