Joe M. Phillips Scholarship

The recipient must meet all Cumberland University entrance criteria and be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at Cumberland University. Each recipient receives a biographical sketch of Joe M. Phillips, Sr., who was a 1922 A.B. graduate of and also received his LL.B degree from the Cumberland University School of Law in 1925. The scholarship was established in his memory, in 1991, by his son, Dr. Joe M. Phillips, Jr., and other members of the Phillips family.
