BIO 203L Microbiology Lab

This laboratory course involves the identification and classification of Prokaryotes and Protistans, as well as completing procedures for isloation and identification of bacterial unknowns. Procedures include making agar, pouring plates, staining bacteria, streaking plates, and proper microscope maintenance. Library research using Bergey's Manuals will be required in identifying the unknowns. Three hours per week. Fee: $35.00
